Two homesteads are three and a half acres and the remaining eight occupy between five and six private acres each, thoughtfully positioned to maximize seclusion while sharing in the singular beauty of the surrounding forest. No two lots are alike. Each is a world unto itself.
The topography across the acreage varies throughout, rising and falling in a way that creates natural funnels and corridors and breathtaking peaks and valleys, lending the landscape a living, breathing quality that no manicured development can replicate. The forest cover is a mix of hardwoods with pockets of dense hemlock and scattered white pine woven throughout and a private hand-laid gravel road winds through the forest connecting the homesteads. Each homesite has been thoughtfully positioned to maximise seclusion while remaining connected to the shared essence of the forest.
Homes in Huntington Forest have permitted use of Lake Huntington, a pristine 100-acre spring-fed sanctuary where the peaceful use of canoes, kayaks, rowboats, paddleboards, and boats with electric trolling motors is allowed.
